Eligibility for Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Returns are not accepted for custom items, digital downloads, or used products.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at sales@lunarauracrystals.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable; however, we will refund part of the shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
