At the moment we offer only shipping by Royal Mail at present.
We are a small business based in Cambridgeshire in the UK.
You can pay by Google / Apple Pay, Klarna or via all major credit and debit cards via our payment provider Stripe.
For all unused & non-personalised items we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with your item then please contact us on sales@lunarauracrystals.com.
We will refund the items once they have arrived at our returns address.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on sales@lunarauracrystals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
We only sell online at the present time however we are looking at visiting fairs in the near future.
